Booking Terms and Conditions

All bookings are binding.
Please arrive no later than the scheduled start time of your appointment.

• Late arrival will shorten the duration of the treatment.

• Cancellations should preferably be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reserved time (without rescheduling) are only accepted with a medical certificate or other valid proof.

• Cancellations made during weekends or public holidays for an appointment scheduled for the next business day will be considered same-day cancellations and will be charged at 50% of the service price.

• Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows will be charged the full price of the booked service.
  Please remember to cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time to free the slot for others. Thank you!
